Salary:
- CTC: ₹25,497 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹22,393 per month (including Attendance Bonus, Special Attendance Bonus)

Attendance Bonus Structure:
1. Attendance Bonus (₹2,200):
- 26 days: ₹2,200
- 1 day absent: ₹1,800
- 2 days absent: ₹500
- 3 days absent: ₹200
2. Additional Attendance Bonus (₹4,000):
- 26 days: ₹4,000
- 1 day absent: ₹3,000
- 2 days absent: ₹2,500

- Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pre-Casting and Production Support: Supporting operators with pre-casting and post-casting activities, such as feeding sand, assisting in mold preparation, and transporting patterns.
- Material Handling & Loading: Moving raw materials, transporting molds, removing finished goods from the casting block, and loading/unloading trucks or machinery.
- Furnace Assistance: Assisting with the melting process, specifically cleaning slag (impurities) from the furnace before and after casting batches.
- Cleaning and Housekeeping (5S): Maintaining a clean and organized work area, cleaning and lubricating dies, and sweeping debris from the shop floor.
- Post-Casting Cleaning/Fettling: Performing initial cleaning of castings, such as removing sand or rough finishing, and chipping away excess metal burrs from castings.
