This role requires experienced and results driven Production Supervisors to oversee and manage precision machining of our products.

1.         5+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in precision machining or manufacturing.

2.         Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC programming, tooling, holding and fixtures.

3.         Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

 1.  Production Management:

1.1.    Collaborate with the Production Manager & Coordinators to plan and schedule production, and ensure availability of material and tools at the machines.

1.2.    Create CNC programs and oversee production activities to ensure adherence with established procedures, quality standards and timely completion of orders.

1.3.    Monitor workflow, resource allocation and machine utilization to maximize efficiency.

1.4.    Supervise, train and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
