Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Biologist to work at the intersection of chemistry, biology, and AI 🚀 In this remote, project-based role, you will contribute to advanced biomedical research by designing chemical compounds, studying biological systems at the molecular level, and transforming experimental data into AI-ready insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI model development and scientific innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
🔬 Design and synthesize small molecules and chemical probes
🧬 Analyze and manipulate biological systems at the molecular level
🧫 Apply chemical techniques to proteins, nucleic acids, and biomolecules

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Biology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
✔️ Strong understanding of molecular biology and chemical interactions
✔️ Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and experimental workflows
✔️ Ability to analyze complex datasets and document scientific findings clearly
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills

Technical Skills:
🧪 Expertise in synthetic chemistry and biochemical techniques
🧬 Familiarity with handling biomolecules (proteins, nucleic acids, etc.)
📊 Data analysis and interpretation skills in scientific research
🤖 Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, or computational biology (preferred)
📝 Experience in data annotation or scientific evaluation frameworks (a plus)

Additional Requirements:
🌍 Ability to work remotely in a project-based environment
⏳ Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines independently
🎓 Master’s or PhD in a relevant field is an advantage
💰 Salary: $40 – $60 per hour (approximately ₹3,300 – ₹5,000/hour, paid in Indian currency based on exchange rate). Salary in hand will be calculated hourly, and this is a purely project-based role.
