Job description:
*Graduate Apprentice Trainee Opportunity at TATA Motors*

*Eligibility Criteria:*
- Age: 18-24 years
- Educational Qualification:
    - 10th Pass (Regular, 50% marks) from State Board/CBSE/ICSE
    - 12th Pass (Regular, 50% marks) from State Board/CBSE/ICSE
     - Graduate Degree (50% marks throughout) passed in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026
     - Not currently enrolled in any other Apprentice Scheme

*Stipend & Facilities:*
    - Stipend: ₹12,951/- per month (Gross)
    - Attendance Reward: ₹1,450/- per month (as applicable)
   
*Deductions:
    - Canteen Facility: ₹20/- per month
    - Transport Facility: ₹100-₹600/- per month (as applicable)

* Other Benefits:
    - PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided
    - 2 pairs of Uniform (FOC)
    - 1 pair Safety Shoes (FOC)
 

*Roles and Responsibilities:*
   - Work hands-on on the assembly line, meeting production targets and quality standards
   - Perform tasks like fitting, assembly, or inspection as assigned
    - Follow safety norms and use PPE
    - Collaborate with team for smooth production flow
    - Report issues or defects on the line
     - Join training and improvement initiatives
