Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
🔬 Conduct in-depth research on protein folding, enzymatic activity, signaling pathways, and post-translational modifications
🧬 Analyze protein structure, function, and interactions to support scientific discovery and AI training
📊 Investigate how proteins regulate metabolism, growth, and cellular communication
💊 Evaluate the effects of drugs, small molecules, and compounds on protein stability and functionality
📝 Document and communicate complex experimental findings clearly for diverse audiences
🤝 Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate biochemical insights into AI datasets and workflows
📚 Maintain accurate and detailed records to ensure reproducibility and research integrity

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
✔️ Strong expertise in protein science, including structure-function analysis and biochemical assays
✔️ Solid foundation in biomolecular interactions and interdisciplinary science
✔️ Ability to conduct independent research and analyze complex biochemical data
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Strong documentation skills for scientific processes and results

Technical Skills:
🧪 Experience with protein analysis techniques and biochemical assay development
🧬 Knowledge of protein folding, enzymology, and molecular interaction studies
📊 Data analysis and interpretation of biochemical experiments
🤖 Familiarity with AI, computational biology, or data-driven research (preferred)
🧫 Exposure to high-throughput screening or protein engineering techniques (a plus)

Additional Requirements:
🌍 Ability to work effectively in a remote, project-based environment
⏳ Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines independently
🎓 Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field is an advantage
💰 Salary: $40 – $60 per hour (approximately ₹3,300 – ₹5,000/hour, paid in Indian currency based on current exchange rates). Salary in hand will be calculated on an hourly basis, and this is a purely project-based role.
