We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Marriage and Family Therapist to join an innovative, AI-driven behavioral health initiative 🌍🚀 In this fully remote role, you will provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families while also contributing your expertise to train AI models in understanding mental health scenarios. Key Responsibilities:
🧠 Provide empathetic counseling to individuals, couples, and families on personal and interpersonal challenges
💬 Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to understand client needs and progress
📝 Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
📊 Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans accordingly
🤝 Refer clients to appropriate community and social support services when needed
📚 Maintain accurate, confidential records and prepare detailed reports
🤖 Contribute expertise to structured tasks that support AI training in behavioral health

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
✔️ Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent
✔️ Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity
✔️ Excellent organizational skills and commitment to confidentiality
✔️ Ability to assess needs, design interventions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
✔️ Comfortable working in remote and digital environments

Technical Skills:
🧠 Strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and mental health assessment
📊 Ability to document clinical cases and evaluate treatment outcomes
🤖 Familiarity with AI-driven tools or digital mental health platforms (preferred)
📝 Experience contributing to structured evaluations, training, or documentation frameworks (a plus)

Additional Requirements:
🌍 Ability to work remotely in a flexible, project-based setup
⏳ Strong time management and ability to handle multiple cases effectively
🎓 Experience in mentoring, supervision, or clinical training is a plus
🌐 Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations is an advantage
💰 Salary: $100 – $200 per hour (approximately ₹8,300 – ₹16,600/hour, paid in Indian currency based on current exchange rates). Salary in hand will be calculated on an hourly basis.
