Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and skilled ITI candidates to join our team as trainees/technicians. The candidate will support production, maintenance, and operational activities as per assigned trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machines/equipment related to trade.
• Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance work.
• Assist senior technicians and supervisors in daily operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of machinery/equipment.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during work.
• Maintain records of work completed and report issues promptly.
• Keep workplace clean and follow 5S/safety practices.

Requirements:

• ITI pass in relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Turner, Machinist, etc.)
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic technical knowledge of tools and machines.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
• Discipline, teamwork, and learning attitude.
