Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Engineer with native English proficiency to join an innovative AI-driven media project 🚀 In this fully remote, contract-based role, you will work on high-quality voiceover, dubbing, and audio production while helping train advanced AI systems. Key Responsibilities:
🎙️ Design, record, and edit high-quality audio for dubbing and voiceover projects
🔊 Ensure clarity, fluency, and natural tone in native English audio outputs
🎬 Synchronize audio with video content and manage post-production workflows
📝 Review and refine scripts and translations for accuracy and cultural relevance
🤝 Collaborate with localization and content teams for seamless integration
🤖 Contribute to AI training by evaluating and improving audio outputs
📚 Maintain documentation and communicate progress clearly with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Proven experience in audio engineering, dubbing, and voiceover production
✔️ Strong background in audio editing, mastering, and post-production workflows
✔️ Experience in translation or script adaptation for audio projects
✔️ Proficiency with professional audio tools and software
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
✔️ High attention to detail with creative and technical problem-solving skills

Technical Skills:
🎧 Audio recording, editing, dubbing, and voiceover production
🎚️ Sound design, mixing, mastering, and synchronization
📝 Script editing, translation, and linguistic adaptation
🤖 Familiarity with AI audio tools, speech processing, or annotation (preferred)
💻 Experience with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and production pipelines

Additional Requirements:
🌍 Comfortable working in a fully remote, project-based environment
⏳ Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently
🎓 Experience in media localization or multilingual projects is a plus
💰 Salary: $40 – $95 per hour (approximately ₹3,300 – ₹7,900/hour, paid in Indian currency based on current exchange rates). Salary in hand will be calculated on an hourly basis, and this is a contract-based role
