Mandatory Requisite : Registration must done on (https://cmpratigya.bihar.gov.in/) befor joining the company 

Stipend : Rs. 24,000/-per month (13,000/- stipend  + CM Pratigya Scheme DBT 6,000/- + Sustenance Amount 5,000/-) per month 

Other Facilities : Free Accommodation (Bachelor), Free Transport (Accommdation to Company & return), Free Insurance Coverage (under WC Policy) & Free Uniform (T-Shirts Two nos)

Training Details:

Training Duration: 1 year from the date of joining

Department Allocation:

Production - Operating machines such as CNC, VMC, Grinding, Drilling, Lathe, etc.

Quality: Inspection and measurement of jobs as per specified parameters. (Appropriate training will be provided before deployment.).

Working Shifts: Rotational – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (24x7 operation).

Post-Training Opportunity: 

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and based on your performance, you may be considered for Extension of training period, Probationary employment, followed by confirmation.
