Key Responsibilities:
📝 Write, review, and edit high-quality Odia content for AI training
🌐 Translate content between Odia and English with accuracy and cultural relevance
🔍 Provide linguistic feedback and corrections to improve AI outputs
🤝 Collaborate with teams to refine language guidelines and standards
📊 Maintain quality control and consistency across datasets
📚 Share insights on Odia language nuances, usage, and dialects
💬 Ensure clear and professional communication in all deliverables

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Native or near-native proficiency in Odia (written and spoken)
✔️ Strong experience in writing, editing, and translation
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and linguistic accuracy
✔️ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔️ Familiarity with digital tools and collaboration platforms
✔️ Interest or exposure to AI/NLP projects is a plus

Technical Skills:
🌐 Translation, localization, and linguistic analysis
📝 Content writing, editing, and proofreading
📊 Data annotation and language dataset handling
🤖 Familiarity with AI/NLP workflows (preferred)
💻 Use of digital tools for content and collaboration

Additional Requirements:
🌍 Comfortable working in a fully remote, project-based setup
