Position Summary

The individual shall be accountable for ensuring registration of properties, collection of documents from various teams, submit to departments concerned. Coordinate with corporate office, customers, stakeholders, officials from govt etc.

Role 

• Provide guidance and assist customers in providing information of projects, facilitate visits, facilitate with bankers for loan applications
• Shall communicate with customers on regular basis on updates of projects.
• Shall coordinate with customers, bankers, registration personnel, for completion of registration of properties.
• Collect & Submit all documents from customers, stakeholders to concerned departments
• Other official documentation works.

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
