🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation (Basic)

• Operate grinding machine under supervisor guidance
• Perform basic grinding work on components
• Follow instructions given by senior operator

2. Material Handling

• Load and unload parts safely
• Move materials within shop floor

3. Finishing Work

• Remove burrs and extra material
• Clean and finish components properly

4. Quality Checking

• Do basic measurement using vernier (if trained)
• Visually check parts for defects

5. Machine Cleaning & Support

• Clean machine and working area
• Assist in wheel cleaning and dressing

6. Safety

• Use PPE (gloves, goggles, safety shoes)
• Follow all safety instructions

7. Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness (5S)
• Keep tools in proper place
