Key Responsibilities
    •    Operate and monitor boilers (coal/oil/gas-fired) as per standard operating procedures 
    •    Maintain steam parameters (pressure, temperature, flow) as per plant requirements 
    •    Conduct routine checks of boiler auxiliaries such as pumps, valves, pipelines, and safety devices 
   •    Ensure proper water level, fuel feeding, and combustion efficiency 
   •    Carry out periodic blowdown, soot blowing, and boiler housekeeping activities 
    •    Record operational parameters and maintain log sheets accurately 
   •    Identify abnormalities and take corrective actions or escalate to supervisor 
   •    Ensure compliance with statutory norms under Boiler Act and safety regulations 
   •    Coordinate with maintenance team during shutdowns and breakdowns 
   •    Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines strictly
