Generating sales leads through building up professional contacts and networking and architech
Identifying the customer’s current and future requirements.
Reviewing customer drawings, to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.
Required Candidate profile
specify required technical expertise in PEB steel building , projects, new leads generation from market and working with every month target bases sales achievements and increase the sales regularly, trevelling
knowlege of computer, autocad,
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct client meetings and build strong customer relationships.
- Review and approve quotations and proposals before submission.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams.
- Monitor sales performance and submit reports to management.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in CRM/Excel.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of sales and quotation processes
- Strong decision-making ability
- Knowledge of PEB / Steel / Construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
