Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician (ITI)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician to handle routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and basic civil works within the facility. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all systems and support day-to-day facility operations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance (wiring, lighting, switches, DB panels)
• Handle basic plumbing work (leakages, fittings, pipelines)
• Carry out minor civil repairs (patchwork, fixtures, carpentry support)
• Inspect equipment and identify faults or breakdowns
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Ensure all work is completed following safety standards
• Maintain tools and equipment properly
• Assist in installation and shifting of office equipment/furniture
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs when required
• Maintain records of maintenance activities

  Skills & Requirements

• ITI certification (Electrician / Fitter / Maintenance or related trade)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Physically fit and able to work in different conditions

Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred (freshers can also apply)

Working Conditions

• Work in offices, malls, or commercial buildings
• May involve working at heights or confined spaces
• Flexible shifts including emergency call support
