Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven B2C Sales Executive to promote and sell
residential rooftop solar solutions. The role involves converting leads, conducting site visits,
counseling customers on solar benefits, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about renewable energy and have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert residential solar leads, including homeowners, villas, and
housing societies
Educate customers on rooftop solar solutions, government subsidies, financial
savings, and return on investment (ROI)
Conduct site visits to assess basic feasibility and customer requirements
Prepare, present, and explain techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure timely deal closure
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and project execution
Assist in agreement signing and collect advance payments as per company policy
Maintain accurate daily sales reports and update CRM systems
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets (kW-based)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in B2C sales (experience in solar, real estate, or related
sectors is an advantage)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical and financial concepts to non-technical customers
Willingness to travel locally for site visits
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under targets
