Job Location: Jaipur – Sitapura, Mansarvoar and Pratap Nagar (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibility
1. To escalate the queries of the customer via Call
2. Resolve the customer issue for customers.
3. To provide the best resolution to the customers.
4. Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
5. Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
6. Qualification: Any Graduate
7. Excellent  communication skill (Verbal & Written)
8. Basic Computer Knowledge
