Internation Voice Process

Key Responsibilities: 
Handle customer queries related to network connectivity
Troubleshoot WiFi issues and cable (Ethernet) connections
Provide effective and timely resolutions to customers

 Eligibility: 
Graduates (Freshers can apply)
Undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience
Excellent communication in English
Should be flexible in 24/7 rotational shift
