What We’re Looking For
•    Creative thinker with strong computer designing skills 
•    Ability to create engaging posters, banners, and presentations 
•    Skilled in video creation and editing 
•    Comfortable handling end-to-end design work 
•    Interest in sports will be an added advantage 
What You Can Expect
•    Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (negotiable depending upon experience and work)

•    Based in Delhi NCR 
•    Passionate, self-driven, and ready to take ownership 

Responsibities -

• Design creative posters, banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials for sports-related campaigns and events
• Create visually appealing presentations, reports, and marketing collaterals
• Handle video editing and basic motion graphics for digital platforms and promotional content
• Develop engaging visual content aligned with the organization’s branding and communication goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Manage end-to-end design projects from concept development to final execution
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives for online and offline platforms
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and graphics for marketing and branding purposes
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs and communication materials
• Support event branding, athlete promotions, workshops, and sports initiatives with creative content
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and social media content styles
• Work collaboratively in a hybrid setup while independently managing assigned tasks and deadlines
• Assist in creating innovative concepts to improve audience engagement and visibility
• Take ownership of creative projects and contribute ideas for organizational growth and outreach
