We are seeking a dedicated and punctual Manpower Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in fieldwork, effectively manage and arrange manpower according to requirements, and maintain accurate data and attendance records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower Management: Efficiently arrange and allocate manpower as per project needs and requirements.
• Fieldwork: Conduct fieldwork and oversee manpower deployment in various locations.
• Data Management: Maintain and manage accurate records of manpower attendance and other relevant data.
• Punctuality: Ensure timely arrival and departure for all assignments and adhere to schedule requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on manpower utilization and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manpower supervision or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in data entry and basic record-keeping.
