Key Responsibilities
1. Bench Resource Management
Identify, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of bench consultants across multiple technologies.
Ensure timely placement of bench candidates with clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
2. Client & Vendor Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners to understand staffing requirements and support successful placements.
Coordinate regularly with clients regarding open requirements, candidate submissions, interview schedules, and closures.
3. Candidate Marketing & Sourcing
Actively market bench consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other professional platforms.
Prepare, update, and share candidate profiles/resumes with potential clients and vendors.
Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline for ongoing business opportunities.
4. Candidate Screening & Shortlisting
Screen and evaluate bench candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication abilities, and client requirements.
Ensure only technically qualified and suitable candidates are submitted for client consideration.
5. Negotiation & Placement Coordination
Handle rate negotiations, contract discussions, and onboarding coordination with clients and candidates.
Ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company standards and profitability.
6. Job Posting & Market Outreach
Publish candidate availability and open positions on job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
Support branding and outreach initiatives to improve candidate visibility and placement opportunities.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations and timely candidate placements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for submission tracking, interview follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
8. Database Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of bench candidates, submissions, interviews, placements, and client communications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for internal tracking and performance analysis.
9. Post-Placement Support
Support candidate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition after placement.
Address post-placement concerns, feedback, and consultant queries to maintain strong professional relationships.
