Job Overview:

• Role: Security Bouncer
• Industry: Hospitality, Malls, Events, or Private Security
• Location: Key areas in Hyderabad (e.g., Begumpet, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Banjara Hills)

Core Responsibilities:

• Crowd Control: Monitor venue capacity and manage guest entry/exit points to prevent overcrowding.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes, de-escalate aggressive behavior, and remove unruly individuals professionally without using excessive force.
• ID & Dress Code Checks: Enforce venue rules, verify patron IDs for age restrictions, and ensure compliance with dress codes.
• Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during fights, medical emergencies, or evacuations, coordinating with local police if necessary.
• Property Protection: Prevent vandalism, theft, and unauthorized access to restricted or VIP areas. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Physical Fitness: Strong, intimidating presence coupled with high stamina to stand for long hours.
• De-escalation Skills: Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills; ability to remain calm under high pressure.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant security or bouncer experience. Martial arts or physical combat training is a major plus.
• Background Check: Clear criminal record with no prior legal issues. 

Working Conditions:

• Shifts: Often involves night shifts, weekends, and extended hours (10-12 hours) during peak business days or events.
• Uniform: Agency-provided uniform.
