• Drive attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Handle grievances and on-ground issues

Performance & Productivity

• Track daily performance metrics (TAT, success rate, productivity)
• Ensure target achievement for deliveries and pickups
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs
• Act as a bridge between operations, HR, and vendors

Issue Resolution

• Handle delivery escalations, customer complaints, and delays
• Ensure quick resolution of operational challenges
• Maintain service quality under pressure
