Key Responsibilities.

• Contact potential or existing customers via phone to promote products or services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and confidently.
• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems or databases.
• Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
