Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and utility equipment within the chemical plant while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

 ★ Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
 ★ Maintain motors, pumps, MCC panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors, and utility systems.
 ★ Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
 ★ Install and maintain electrical wiring, control panels, switches, and control systems.
 ★ Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, LOTO, and permit systems.
 ★ Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and preventive maintenance checklists.
 ★ Coordinate with production and engineering teams during shutdown and maintenance activities.
 ★ Maintain proper housekeeping in electrical rooms and work areas.
 ★ Support smooth plant operations and ensure equipment reliability.
