Role Overview
Responsible for handling plant operations, monitoring batch manufacturing processes, maintaining production records, and ensuring safe and efficient production activities within the plant.

Key Responsibilities
★ Handle day-to-day plant operations for running manual batch production processes.
★ Monitor GLR (Glass Lined Reactor) operations and production activities.
★ Supervise manufacturing batches as per product specification sheets and process guidelines.
★ Maintain production log sheets, database sheets, and shift-wise production records.
★ Fill and maintain all required production formats and documentation accurately.
★ Verify raw materials before utilization in production batches.
★ Coordinate repair and maintenance issues with the Shift Incharge and maintain maintenance records.
★ Monitor production output and ensure smooth batch processing operations.
★ Work on rotational shift schedules as per plant requirements.
