🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum AFC ‘B’ Coaching License
• Strong understanding of grassroots and elite youth development structures
• Candidates based in Delhi NCR preferred

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the club’s overall youth development program across all age groups
  • Plan and deliver structured football training sessions using modern coaching methods
  • Monitor player performance and support long-term athlete development pathways
  •  Identify and develop talented players for progression into elite and senior-level football
  • Supervise and mentor youth coaches to maintain consistent coaching standards
  • Organize trials, grassroots programs, and youth football development activities
  • Coordinate with club management regarding training plans, competitions, and player development strategies
 •  Ensure a professional, disciplined, and growth-focused training environment
