Key Responsibilities

• Install Wi-Fi and broadband connections at residential and commercial locations

• Configure routers, modems, and networking equipment for internet setup

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and broadband service issues

• Replace faulty or damaged networking equipment when required

• Conduct network testing and signal strength verification

• Ensure professional cable routing and cable management practices

• Provide customer support during installation and service setup

• Coordinate with technical and service teams for issue resolution

• Maintain installation reports and service documentation

• Follow safety standards and company service procedures during field operations
