PAY & BENEFITS:-
    * Attendance (26 Days) Bonus - ₹ 1,000/-
    *  House Rent Allowance (HRA) – Upto ₹ 2,000/-
    * Over Time Bonus - ₹ 110/- per Hour.
    *  Night Shift Allowance - ₹ 2,000/- per month.
    * SALARY + INCENTIVES = UPTO 18,000/- per month.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Picking

• Accurately locate and pick products from warehouse shelves or racks based on order requirements.
• Use scanners, pick lists, or handheld devices for order processing and tracking.

2. Packing & Dispatch

• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure proper labelling and preparation of shipments as per dispatch standards.

3. Inventory Management

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to supervisors.

4. Quality Control

• Inspect products for defects, damages, or incorrect items before packing and dispatch.
• Maintain quality standards during warehouse operations.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe handling of materials and equipment.
