Job Summary :

Primary responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and supervise daily front office operations and staff activities.

  • Train, schedule, and monitor front desk employees to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and operational support.

  • Monitor room occupancy, bookings, and revenue performance on a daily basis.

  • Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and payment procedures are followed.

  • Maintain guest records, reports, logbooks, and front office documentation accurately.

  • Ensure timely handling of guest messages, packages, and communication.

  • Enforce company policies, grooming standards, and hospitality guidelines among staff.

  • Review daily operational reports and support management in achieving business targets.
