Job Summary :

Role Overview : A Business Development Coordinator acts as the critical bridge between a company's strategic growth goals and daily operations. They primarily focus on lead generation, proposal development, and CRM management, supporting sales teams by organizing outreach efforts, scheduling prospect meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential B2B clients, uncover new market opportunities, and build targeted prospect lists using research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
  • Proposal & Bid Management: Coordinate the drafting and editing of sales decks, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring that all client-facing materials are polished and compliant.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain a highly accurate, up-to-date client database. Track prospect interactions, meeting outcomes, and stage progression to give leadership visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule calls, property visits, and pitches between internal sales executives and external prospects.
