Key Responsibilities.

• Assist machine operators and production staff

• Load and unload raw materials or finished goods

• Support production line activities

• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area

• Pack finished products properly

• Move materials within the production area

• Help in machine setup and basic operations

• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements

• Check materials for damage or defects

• Maintain tools and equipment properly

• Support quality inspection activities

• Ensure smooth flow of production work

• Report machine issues or safety concerns to supervisor

• Maintain attendance and discipline on shop floor

• Help reduce material wastage and production delays
