Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily last mile delivery operations and ensure SLA adherence
• Monitor dispatch, delivery, and return shipments
• Ensure route planning and load optimization

Team Management:

• Manage delivery associates / riders / loaders
• Drive attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Handle grievances and on-ground issues

Performance & Productivity:

• Track daily performance metrics (TAT, success rate, productivity)
• Ensure target achievement for deliveries and pickups
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs
• Act as a bridge between operations, HR, and vendors
