Job Summary: We are looking for a Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, and closing positions for various clients. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, process-oriented, and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates till joining completion.
• Coordinate with the BD and client servicing teams for timely closures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
