Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily Operations: Execute core tasks as assigned by the supervisor (e.g., handling inventory, meeting clients, or operating machinery) according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks (e.g., sales targets, picking quotas, or equipment uptime).

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update company digital applications/logbooks, and submit daily reports on work completed.

• Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the workspace.

 Key Competencies & Skills

• Technical/Functional: Ability to quickly learn and operate role-specific tools (e.g., CRM apps, RF scanners, hand tools, or machinery).

• Problem-Solving: Strong basic analytical skills to troubleshoot routine issues or handle customer/operational hurdles on the spot.

• Communication: Clear verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members or pitch to external clients effectively.

• Discipline: Strong time-management skills, punctuality, and high physical or mental stamina required for the role.
