Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install machines, equipment, and mechanical components as per drawings and instructions.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, lubrication, and machine inspections.

• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machines and equipment.

• Repair or replace damaged parts such as bearings, belts, valves, seals, and cylinders.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machines safely.

• Use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers and micrometers for accurate measurements.

• Ensure proper alignment and smooth functioning of machinery and equipment.

• Follow all safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) guidelines.

• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and spare parts usage.

• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
