Key Responsibilities

• Must have relevant experience in the bulk drug or chemical industry.

• Possess strong knowledge of equipment such as Centrifuges, RVPD, FBD, ANFD, RCVD, Nauta Dryer, Ribbon Blender, MVRE, Air Blower, ANF, Distillation Columns, Glass-Lined & SS Reactors, Incinerator, Multi-Effect Distillation Unit, Scrubber System, Material Lift, Hoist, Hydraulic Systems, Forklift, and Reach Stacker/Truck.

• Sound knowledge of pumps with single and double mechanical seals, agitators, and heat exchangers.

• Plan maintenance activities, shutdown schedules, and spare part requirements for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Identify and implement process modifications and improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems.

• Raise and monitor work orders related to fabrication, insulation, and civil maintenance activities, including bill verification.

• Maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• Ensure optimum inventory levels of consumables and spare parts.

• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to handle critical situations and urgent maintenance requirements.
