Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned business targets and ensure timely repayment of loan portfolios.

• Conduct field surveys and identify potential customers within assigned locations.

• Perform physical verification of customer profiles and household details.

• Handle loan disbursement, repayment collection, and overdue recovery activities.

• Maintain accurate MIS records, customer documentation, and operational reports.

• Support Branch Head in branch administration and banking-related activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and code of ethics.
