Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in production, assembly, quality, and maintenance departments
  • Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) on shop floor
  • Assist senior technicians and supervisors in daily operations 
  • Maintain safety standards and use PPE properly
  • Support machine operation and basic troubleshooting activities
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift timing compliance
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development activities
