Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with Railway, Government, and project-related clients
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and officials for smooth project communication
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve customer or project-related issues on priority
• Visit client locations, project sites, and offices for business development and coordination activities
• Support order execution and maintain regular follow-up with customers
• Identify new business opportunities and market requirements
• Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, accounts, and management teams
• Maintain reports, client records, and activity updates
