Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor spinning machines during the assigned shift.
• Attend yarn breaks and ensure continuous machine running.
• Replace bobbins, roving, and other machine consumables as required.
• Maintain yarn quality as per production standards.
• Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
• Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules at all times.
• Support shift production targets and minimize wastage.
• Assist maintenance personnel during machine servicing when required.
