Key Responsibility Area

• Assemble and fit electrical panels and related mechanical components as per specifications and work instructions.

• Fit, align, and assemble components such as shafts, bearings, couplings, gearboxes, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators, to ensure accurate assembly and alignment.

• Perform mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor repair work when required.

• Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to ensure smooth assembly operations.

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure components meet required standards before dispatch.

• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning activities at customer sites when required.

• Follow safety procedures, complete safety checks, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
