Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to travel agents to promote and generate bookings for flights, hotels, and holiday packages.

• Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads to drive business growth.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

• Prepare and share quotations with qualified leads in a timely manner.

• Follow up with travel agents on submitted quotations to convert opportunities into bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business partners.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally to achieve sales closures.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up with clients before travel dates.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, bookings, and follow-up activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
