• Assist customers with ticket bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.

• Support concession sales by serving food and beverages while maintaining hygiene standards.

• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Monitor auditoriums to ensure compliance with cinema policies and prevent unauthorized recording or piracy.

• Assist in crowd management during peak hours, movie premieres, and special events.
