Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions and update accounting systems regularly.

• Manage bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

• Verify vendor invoices, employee reimbursement claims, and customer payments.

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
