Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: ITI (All Trades)
   Diploma (Mechanical)
• Pass-out Year: 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 Only

Shift(Rotational):- 08 घण्टे की होती है Sunday Off रहता है।
 

Key Resposibility Area-

Production & Operations

• Planning and scheduling AC unit production.
• Managing assembly lines and manufacturing processes.
• Ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Minimizing downtime and improving productivity.

Quality Control

• Inspecting raw materials and components.
• Conducting in-process and final product testing.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Managing corrective and preventive actions for defects.

Supply Chain & Inventory

• Procuring compressors, coils, motors, refrigerants, and other components.
• Monitoring inventory levels and warehouse operations.
• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers.

Maintenance

• Maintaining production equipment and utilities.
• Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Reducing equipment breakdowns and repair costs.
