Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily booking, loading, unloading, and delivery activities.

• Arrange vehicles as per transportation requirements.

• Track and monitor vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.

• Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain records.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and truck drivers for smooth operations.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and transport partners.

• Identify and onboard new transporters to support business growth.

• Negotiate transportation rates and ensure cost-effective services.
