Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely order processing and adherence to SLA/TAT requirements.
• Monitor daily operational targets such as units per hour, lines per hour, and orders per day.
• Coordinate manpower allocation to meet productivity goals.
• Manage warehouse space utilization, dock scheduling, and material flow.
• Track inventory movement and ensure accurate stock handling.
• Maintain operational records and prepare daily performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
