Job Summary :

  • Location: - Ghatkopar (East) 
  • Days of Working : Monday to Saturday (excluding 3rd & 4th Saturday week off) 
  • Work Timings : 09:30 A.M. to 06:30 P.M. 


Required Skill Set: 

  • Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets in HR consulting and staffing services. 

  • Strong understanding of HR consulting services, including talent management, organizational development, and contract staffing solutions. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and a collaborative mindset. 

  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Navi- Mumbai, Thane & Mumbai Suburbs. 

  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HR consulting and contract staffing markets. Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored HR consulting and staffing solutions. 

  • Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company’s goals and growth objectives. 

  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Ensure client expectations are met and managed effectively. 

  • Work closely with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services, both in consulting and contract staffing. 

  • Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and client feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement. 

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.
