  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent).
  • Experience hiring across multiple departments and organizational levels.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Lead, mentor, and support recruitment team members to achieve hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external hiring partners.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring insights to senior management.
